Separate radiant heaters throughout the building provide more efficiency andeduced r energy usage. • Eight large 24-foot ceiling fans provide additional energy savings and are individually controlled helping with climate control. • Two small windmills are being installed to power outdoor lighting and servers. Additional solar panels are being installed to feed back to the grid. • Solar panels are used to heat our hot water. We are also looking to install a large wind turbine. • Lighting has been replaced with LEDs. • All hallways and washrooms have been equipped with motion sensors, saving energy and electricity. • All computers are shut off if not being used for 60 minutes and shut off automatically on the weekends and after hours. • We have ordered newer copiers that have a two-sided option and power save mode. This saves on paper and electricity. • Where fuels and electricity are used in our operational processes, we implement efficiency initiatives and procurement practices and endorse renewable energy.

Certifications: • We have created and trademarked 3 environmental logos that our clients can use such as solar energy, wind power and bioderived ink. These logos are copyrighted and registered. • In regards to Sustainable Forestry, we mandate that the manufacturers & distributors we buy our paper from keep forested landscapes forested, maintain ecosystem services, protect raw materials for wood-based products, prevent illegal logging and comply with all external forest sustainability certification standards (examples: FSC, SFI, PEFC).

Consumables: • All our metal plates are recycled as well as all pop cans and any other metals that are used in the production of clients’ jobs. • All our inks are soya based and bioderived inks with the lowest amount of VOCs. • We recycle all waste paper. Any extra off cuts are donated to local schools, daycare centres and our summer camps at our Not-For-Profit skatepark. • Because we’re using the latest technology and automation in our manufacturing equipment, we have very little spoilage and waste. • All waste material from 12 photocopiers and 24 laser printers is recycled. If printed single-sided only, the other side is used. • We are members of the Green Team for ink and chemical recycling via Greenflow Environmental. Waste inks and chemicals are repurposed for other manufacturing needs or recycled responsibly. • Our Environment Waste Management of hazardous and non-hazardous waste from operations, including recycling, reuse and ultimate disposal of company waste streams complies with all government regulations. • All toner cartridges are recycled. • Ink bags from the large format equipment are recycled. • Employees and the environment are protected from the release of hazardous chemicals due to vandalism, fires, explosions or significant weather events. We ensure our facility has safeguards in place to prevent the release of chemicals, products and by-products. • In our manufacturing processes where any hazardous materials are used, we adhere to all federal and provincial government regulations. • We are managing and monitoring air emissions from our operations and comply with all government regulations.

Water: • We have drinking fountains with bottle fill stations to reduce plastic bottle usage. There are indicators on the drinking fountain machines that show exactly how many plastic bottles are being saved from landfill. • Water Management is used in our manufacturing processes. We have reverse osmosis and wastewater treatment in our facility and practice compliance with all government regulations.

Here at CJ Graphics Inc. security is of the utmost importance, which is why we employ high-grade protocol at our facilities to ensure the safety of our clients’ information.

We have a full-time receptionist during regular business hours and all guests are required to sign in upon arrival, and out following their visit. Our facility uses FOB-only access with a state-of-the-art alarm system that logs data at all equipped doorways and is monitored by an outside security company 24/7. We utilize motion sensors in key locations throughout the building and have multiple DVRs which record from our 36 high-definition cameras as part of an extended surveillance system.

We are also equipped with policies and procedures for data security. Our clients’ data is password protected by client and stored on secure servers located in a dedicated secure server room with limited staff access. The room is climate-controlled and equipped with fire suppression. We use a separate secure network with updated firewall protection for work requiring data security. As well, backups of the data are stored offsite.

All of our staff here at CJ, whether full- or part-time, go through regular training protocols and sign all confidentiality agreements.

In terms of client materials, they are held only until client approval has been granted, after which time they are disposed of, or – for a minimal fee – shredded on site in our facility. We are also equipped with a secured area designated for clients’ finalized products. This area is only accessible to four members of the CJ staff, all of whom must be accompanied by a supervisor or manager during entry.

Security Policy & Standards • Clixx is a Division of CJ Graphics Inc. and is current with all federal and provincial legislation and industry practices for security and privacy. • Our security policy is reviewed on a quarterly basis during regular management meetings to ensure procedures are up to date. • Follow-up sessions with all staff to ensure changes and updates are passed on. • Access to information, and business processes are controlled based on business and security requirements, with the principle of “Least Privilege”. All users have minimal rights to the network and folders, and are configured for Domain Access. • Hierarchy is in place for Administrative rights. Only the IT Manager/System Administrator will have access Level 1 clearance. All other users are restricted to individual folder and/or group folders. • Each folder contains user/group security privileges. These folders reside on a separate hard drive not associated with the root drive or operating system folders. The root folder is only accessible by the System Administrator. • NTFS with Enabled Encrypting File System is used on all computers and servers within the network. This format supports file level security and limits access to non-privileged users. • Physical security of all computers is secured via system card access to the data area. The data processing area is itself a separate area of the building also with restricted card access.

Data Integrity and Confidentiality is Ensured • Strict QC procedures are in place to ensure correct files and forms are used and random data sampling is produced before any job is approved for live production. Client approvals are required at all stages of data processing and before variable laser or inkjet personalization begins. PDF lives and/or hard copy supplied with accompanying data samples to client for approvals. • Only authorized users access production folders. • Audit logs are enabled to monitor access of files. • Strict QC procedures are followed and routine checks and approvals are required at all major data steps. • Data sampling is randomly taken and forwarded to our clients in PDF or hard copy format for their approval. • All computers including servers have anti-virus/malware/ransomware installed, and they are configured to check hourly and zero day for updates and to apply the updates automatically. • All computers and servers are monitored on a regular basis to ensure security measures are intact and functioning properly. • Various tools are used to monitor the systems and event logs. • All desktop computers are configured for automatic software upgrades. • On servers all updates are downloaded, reviewed, and tested independently before implementation on main servers. • Servers are VM based and complete server images are taken daily using Veeam to create VM images before any upgrades are applied. • Production computers are cloned to ensure the same configuration is maintained during software installations. This step ensures that all data computers will react in the same manner during data processing. • Only the System Administrator has access to the system logs. These logs are reviewed on a regular basis. • All personnel are assigned a corporate security clearance based solely on job role. • 4 Levels exist:

o Level 1 – Network Administrator o Level 2 – Senior management o Level 3 – IT staff – data programmers o Level 4 – All other staff

• PGP file encryption is incorporated for added data security. • All users/groups have all resources and data restricted by default for viewing and editing, unless they have specific requirements. Password policy is dictated. • The Network Administrator manages privileged IDs after security clearance is obtained. • Backups are recycled after a minimum of 3 months. • Tiered firewalls are in place. Bitdefender Endpoint Security at the gateway, servers, all desktops/laptops, Cisco Meraki firewall and managed switches are part of the network backbone, as the main first line of data security defense.

Personnel Security • References are required, and all documentation is properly reviewed and verified. • For high security programs, new employees may be required to provide certification of a police record check. • Personal and previous employment references are verified. • Current CJ Graphics (Clixx) Data Processing Employees are seasoned veterans of this industry with proven track records. • All new hire staff that have access to and/or manage client data information go through some background screening. • CJ Graphics utilizes comprehensive employment contracts including: – confidentiality clauses – reference to security responsibilities – reference to health and safety responsibilities – penalties/disciplinary proceedings and legal due process for non compliance • Any person in the facility who is not known is accompanied by an employee or, if not, is stopped and required to identify themselves. • All staff (including new hires) are trained in the security measures outlined above. • All staff must, yb security process design, adhere to security policies.

Physical Security Physical security/access to both the building and to the data centre are access controlled by a Digiplex EV096 Access System. This system utilizes electric door strikes combined with proximity card access readers and door closers. The system is designed to restrict access to both the data centre, as well as the main office area where the CSRs (Customer Service Representatives) work. The CSRs may have live samples, data dumps or other private data matter on or about their working area so all access to those areas is restricted access only. The access system is also utilized at the plant employee entrance as well as the security cage area in the plant. The System Administrator creates access cards for all staff and ensures access is denied to unauthorized personnel. CJ Graphics also currently utilizes an internal & external camera video DVR surveillance system that digitally records 24/7 and has remote Internet access. The system currently utilizes three cameras located in the security area, plant employee time-card area and the security lock-up area. At CJ Graphics, physical security is also controlled by preventing unauthorized damage and/or interference to business premises by:

• Keyed or pass card entrance only into building. • All visitors are required to sign in upon entering and sign out upon leaving premises and must always be escorted by a CJ Graphics employee. • Video monitoring and motion detection throughout the building. • 24/7 security monitoring. • Sensitive processing areas segregated with controlled access. • Adequate fire protection. • Physically segregated data processing area and server room within the building. • Access to the computer room(s) restricted to authorized persons. • Access by external personnel (service and telecom engineers, cleaners, etc.) restricted and supervised.

Prevention/Detection Building Protection • Outfitted with an alarm system and monitored alarm company. • Fire sprinkler system throughout building and fire extinguishers at all doorways and exits. • Automatic fire suppression system is directly interfaced into the A/C & heating system. • Motion detection throughout common and computing areas. Main areas are monitored using security cameras and digitally recorded. • Visitor building access through front desk: visitors are logged and receive a badge for the duration of their visit. • Multi-Level swipe card access for employees only. • Data department room secured via swipe card access for data department, project managers and management admittance only. • Server room with additional security via swipe card access.

Computing/Data Storage Protection • All staff must sign onfidentialityc agreements. Background checks required for staff handling sensitive information. • All servers and print production equipment are UPS protected (uninterruptible power supply). • User data and resource allocation is centrally allocated by network administrator only. • Anti-virus software installed on all computing equipment via Bitdefender Endpoint Security. • Cisco Meraki version of Firewall and Bitdefender anti-virus software is used at the server level and at all desktops. • Updates to all anti-virus software are performed hourly and zero day daily through the network. • Virus scans are performed via Bitdefender at the workstation and server level. This platform is centrally managed by the server and automatically alerts the System Administrator of any detections. • Infected workstation is immediately quarantined and removed from the network to prevent further spread. Additional scans of remaining workstations are performed to identify extent of outbreak. • Infected workstation/server is cleaned of virus, updated and reconnected to the network. If the workstation cannot be cleaned using software, it is partitioned and reformatted to wipe out all remnants of the worm. This system is updated using backed up data and reconnected to the network. • Because this workstation has been compromised, user right restrictions are placed to prevent further instances. • All servers and network components racked appropriately. System & User Password Policy • User authentication via username/password in varying combinations depending on security level needed for data and/or application. • Only authorized operators have access to customer databases. Permission given by the Network Administrator. Users without permission are unable to access any customer data. • All passwords are set to expire following a 90-day cycle. All server passwords contain alphanumeric and shift key components. The passwords are controlled by the main Primary Domain Controller Server. Intruder detection is enforced in the passwords. • User attempting to access the network via a user terminal (PC or Mac) and enters the password incorrectly 3 times, results in user name and entry point being disabled for a period of 24 hours. • In case of intrusion, System Administrator and/or management team is notified electronically, logs are monitored to determine what files were accessed, investigation is launched to determine extent of security breach. System is shut down at this time to prevent further access.

Firewalls • The network is protected by a Cisco Meraki Next-Gen Firewall with intrusion prevention, malware protection and content filtering. Bitdefender Endpoint Security protects the client and server endpoints. This system provides secure encrypted VPN tunneling which protects a secure connection to outside remote users when connecting to the corporate network. When remote users connect via the VPN, the outside ports (FTP, Internet (www), etc.) are turned off, giving them no access to the outside world, thus protecting the corporate systems from outside attacks via remote connections.

Backup Process • Backup and recovery procedures are part of a complete, backup system using Veeam VM image backup software. • Daily VM images are taken of the servers and kept. • Data is stored for 3 months after final mail date unless otherwise specified by client. • Redundant backup location in case of widespread natural disaster. • Retrieval via secure VPN connection. • Copies of software are retrieved from backup, purchased or downloaded (Microsoft Office, Planet Press, Visual FoxPro, Streetsweeper). • Workstations prepped with required software for business continuation. • Backup files restored via VM images, hard drive and/or CD/DVD. • CJ Graphics truck and van used to shuttle material between DR locations. Our mandate is to never turn a child away – whether they need specialized one-on-one instruction, have physical, emotional, behavioural and/or medical challenges, or simply cannot afford skateboarding equipment and skatepark fees. We have offered specialized lessons during off-hours to accommodate children with Autism who are sensitive to loud noises, have given skateboarding equipment to those who cannot afford it, and we have also provided transportation to kids and families who do not have the means to come to the skatepark.
