Over the past 35 years, I have launched and built technology companies in the US, Europe and Asia and have hired, coached and mentored numerous senior executives. I know what it’s like to move from a role within a business to one of leadership.

Today, I help leaders learn to inspire and motivate a diverse workforce, influence ever changing internal and external stakeholders, and adapt to fast-changing markets and conditions.

In the past, resilience often meant surviving change, as an individual or an organization… getting through it… bouncing back after the change event has passed. Welcome Real-Time, France and Singapore, 1995-2009 Chairman, 2002-2009 Chairman and CEO, 1995-2002 Created Welcome Real-time and grew the company to 130 people and users in 30 countries across Europe, Asia-Pacific, North and South America, the Middle East and Africa. The company was founded on exclusive technology invented and patented by Aneace in 1996. Grew the company to 15 million Euro sales. Exited in 2007 for 40 million Euro.

Prior Experience, US, Italy and France, 1981-1995 Olivetti (Italy and France, 1990-1995) JPMA (Denver, Colorado and Paris, France 1986-1990) Independent Computer Consultant (Boulder and Denver, Colorado, 1981-1986) Managed marketing relationships with Olivetti sales subsidiaries across Europe and North America, while based in Milan, Italy. Developed point of sale applications for the first generation of PC based POS systems, for Denver based JPMA. Managed relationship with JPMA’s main client and reseller, Olivetti. Begin career as a software engineer, programming in C and Unix for industrial, insurance and oil and gas businesses.
