In case you weren’t there...... Just in case you were not at the October A.G.M. Last year, here are a few things you will have missed. The recommended voluntary contribution to a driver giving you a lift was increased from £3 to £4 - the first increase for 7 years! The major expenditures from the Franklin legacy were £2000 for the step up appeal £2500 for path work at Wembury, both to the South West Coastal Path Association, and £3200 for the Dartington Trust. For those that use weather apps on their phone or tablet, it was suggested that the Met office one is more accurate than the BBC one. (both available free from your apps store) Celia Minoughan was appointed our media officer during the year and she is also the Devon Area Social Media Coordinator
