VENTAS VHRV DX PRO series plate mounted heat recovery ventilation units with DX heat pump are designed to provide high indoor air quality by saving energy and meeting required comfort conditions. Plate mounted heat recovery ventilation units with DX heat pump offer simple and easy solutions for air-conditioning by meeting the fresh air need of the buildings in today's technology as well as supplying for heating and cooling load requirements inside the buildings.

Fresh air is cleansed off of outdoor particles by G4/EU4 class filters, and passes through an aluminium plate mounted heat recovery exchanger. After a part of its required heating and cooling need is met through the this method, fresh air passes through heat pump and having been adjusted to designed temperature value, blown to the surroundings. Upon request, silencer, pre-heating electric heater or heating hydrous coil as optional accessories can be included. Especially in very cold climates, pre-heaters should be used in fresh air intake to prevent the exchanger from freezing. Units include components such as , condenser, aluminium plated heat recovery exchanger, exhaust and fresh air fans, exhaust and fresh air filters, and automation panel. Duct Type Silencers VENTAS duct type silencers are produced in two different models: VDS model for circular duct system and VDKS model for rectangular duct system. Production of all silencers are performed according to international standards, sizes, coulisse numbers. Circular silencers are produced in standard circular duct sections, whereas rectangular duct type silencers can be produced according to the required sizes of the project. All models are appropriate for fast and easy assembly to the existing duct system with minimum air leakage. For sound isolation, glass wool is used as our standard production and optionally rock wool can be used.

Duct Type Electric Heater VENTASTAR KTE duct type electric heaters are produced according to EMC 89/336/EEC directives, as per EN 55014-1, EN 61000-3-2/3-3 standards with EMC tests done. They are produced in standard circular duct section sizes as monophase and triphase. Duct type electric heaters have two emergency for excessive-temperature cut out. VENTASTAR heat recovery air conditioning units can be controlled automatically with an electronic card or manually on the device.

Duct Type Heater Or Cooler Hydrous Coil VENTASTAR KSB duct type hydrous coil are produced both in rectangular and circularduct sections in standard capacities, whereas different project based capacities can be produced upon request. Duct type hydrous coil units are designed in order to be deployed easily in suspended ceiling, to be directly applied into the blowing entrances of heat-recovery units and to provide easy installation and maintenance.

External Air Bypass Connection Kit Heat-recovery air conditioning units provides energy saving by means of the heat transfer between the warm and cold phases of plate exchanger. Especially in mid-seasons (spring and autumn) or in morning and evening hours, the external air temperature gets closer to the internal ambient temperature. In order to use the fresh air more efficiently (in order to remove the exchanger pressure fail), the plate exchanger can be bypassed. Besides, in warm mid seasons, if the external air temperature reduces below the internal air temperature, the plate exchanger is bypassed in order to benefit from this air to cool indoor air. With the by-pass kit, external air temperature is controlled by the electronic card automatically , and the external air is blown inside bypassing the plate exchanger when needed.
