1. This is with reference to the attached Council Memorandum No. 6, s. 2020 from the Boy Scouts of the Philippines, Muntinlupa City Associate Council dated February 4, 2020 on the above-captioned activity, contents of which are self- explanatory, for the information and guidance of all concerned.

2. Transportation and other incidental expense of participants shall be charged against the school canteen funds for public schools while private schools may charge to their school fund.

3. Immediate and wide dissemination of this Memorandum is desired.

SUBJECT NCR SCOUT YOUTH FORUM

1. Attached herewith is the Regional Office Memorundum Number 02 and Number 07 of the National Capital Region, Boy Scouts of the Philippines which content are self explanatory.

2. Here are the list of the Senior Scouts who won in the last concluded 1st Council Scout Youth Forum held on January 25 to 26, 2020 at Muntinlupa Elementary School. They will represent the Council to the Regional Scout Youth Forum: a. Elton John G. Suguran MBHS Sucat Annex b. Aaron James D. Lagurin Muntinlupa Science High School c. Franz Jandale S.
