Sponsored by General Electric Company, Omega- 4Life features challenging, exciting, and worthwhile activities for selected participants. Applications for 2015 Leadership Program are being accepted now through May 1, 2015.

Omega4Life is a yearlong, national leadership development program sponsored by Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc and the General Electric Company. This model focuses on African-American collegiate Omega Men majoring in: Mathematics, Science, Engineering & Technology, Computer Science, and Business (Finance, Management, Marketing). Omega4Life is designed to develop a pool of outstanding African- American male collegiate leaders for the company and the country.

Omega4Life participants are chosen from applicants who have a 3.2 and higher grade point average (on a 4.0 scale), who are active members of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc., and who have Sophomore, Junior or Senior class standing. Message From The Dr Brothers,

I greet you humbly and with great enthusiasm in the name of the Spring 2016 Supreme Basileus of the Universe and as a follower of his son Jesus Christ. We are rapidly approaching our 79th Ninth District meeting District officers in New Orleans, Louisiana and I pray that every brother plans to attend with intentions of conducting the business of Omega while also fellowshipping with the brotherhood. Over this past year, I District Representative have had the honor to serve not only as your 9th District Represen- Bro. Kenneth Terrell, Ph. D tative, but also as a member of the Supreme Council. Representing the Mighty Ninth has allowed me to witness firsthand the commitment, tenacity and resilience of our brotherhood at every level. 1st Vice District Representative Brothers, our fraternity is alive and it is thriving, but my work is not Bro. Patrick Smith complete and my vision for the Mighty Ninth is not yet realized. So we must forge forward! 2nd Vice District Representative Furthermore, it is crucial that we all remain steadfast in our commitment to not only upholding our cardinal Bro. Davasia Jones principals; but that we also commit ourselves to ongoing personal and professional development. This is why I believe it is vital that we continue to focus on changing not only our attitudes, but also remain mindful and protective of our collective and individual, image and behaviors. How did you learn about Omega Psi Phi Fraternity?

I was born to be an Omega Man! My great grandfather, grandfather, father, and my uncle hold the esteemed membership of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity. My patriarchal family exposed me to the rich heritage of Omega. By being related to the members of the fraternity, I was privileged to attend a number of events, such as chapter, district and national meetings. In addition, I had the honor of witnessing “The Car- dinal Principals of Manhood, Scholarship, Perseverance, and Uplift” firsthand from my family. The exposure granted me the opportunity to become a man of God with character, uplift my community through service projects and be a positive role model for the youth. I appreciate the ability to continue my college education with the award of a scholarship and the perseverance to fulfill my dreams of becoming a legacy of the first International Fraternal Organization, Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc.
