Winter Tours in Georgia (Bakuriani)
Day 1. - Tbilisi
- Arrival in Tbilisi International Airport. - Transfer to the hotel, check in. - Walking tour throughout the ancient city: ( SIONI, church of the Assumption, where St. Nino’s Cross, St. Thomas’ head and the Miraculous Image of St. Theotokus; Metekhi Church; Bridge of Peace; Narikala Fortress (Ascend with the cable car, Tbilisi panorama); District of Sulphur Baths (Abanotubani); Waterfall; Meidan Bazaar – Soul of Old Tbilisi, here you can find traditional Georgian wine, handmade accessories, souvenirs, delicacies); - Visit the traditional Georgian wine cellar and enjoy a various wine kinds degustation - Dinner - Transfer back to the hotel for rest and overnight.
- After breakfast drive to the ancient capital of Iveria – Mtskheta; - Jvari monastery upon the conflux of the rivers Aragvi and Mtkvari. Panoramic view. - Svetitskhoveli Cathedral, the main church of all Georgia for centuries. - Dinner. Opportunity to taste famous Georgian dumplings “Khinkali” - Transfer to Tbilisi.

Day 3. BAKURIANI
- After breakfast in the hotel, depart to BAKURIANI (Bakuriani is Georgia’s one of the most popular winter sports and recreation destinations beginning November throughout March. A resort with plenitude of ski trails, 1,700 meters high above the sea level. Not only the center of winter sports, that offers kilometers of ski trails catering all levels of skiers, but also a recognized family resort: here you can skate, sleigh rides and snowmobiling, horseback riding and make numerous tours of the surrounding area). - Borjomi-Bakuriani railway “Kukushka”. - Having checked in your hotel, transfer to the ski trails. - Free time. - Return to the hotel.
Day 4. BAKURIANI Breakfast. Hotel – ski rail transfer. Free time. Return to the hotel.

Day 6. BORJOMI – GREEN MONASTERY -AIRPORT - After breakfast, check out and depart towards Tbilisi. - Stop at the PARK OF BORJOMI en-route. An excellent opportunity to take advantage of and enjoy some balneotherapy in the resort and exprerience the unique mineral waters of Borjomi 900 meters hight above the sea level. - GREEN MONASTERY – one of the ancient monks monasteries in Georgia. - Arrive Tbilisi airport for departure home.

REMARKS: Hotel Crystal 3* / Hotel & Spa Crystal 4* offer transfers to the main Ski track Didveli (about 700-800 m away) twice a day. Snow Plaza 4* hotel has an amateur Ski Track, 25 m long, right outside the hotel. From the hotel to the main Ski track Didveli taxi: costs around $4 one way and takes about 5-10 minutes. Equipment rental - for example, for ski rental approximately about $2-$3 for one hour, $10- $12 for the full day.
