Longdrum has been in the same family for 67 years and was run as a dairy farm until 1973. The property is only a short drive from Aberdeen city and Dyce, and the AWPR circa 2 miles south will enable easy travel around Aberdeen. Lot 1 Lot 1: Longdrum Farmhouse - about 14.09 acres (5.71 ha) The farmhouse is built to a modern specification, having been completed in 2001 when it replaced a traditional farmhouse. The construction is timber frame with blockwork and a dry dash roughcast, with slate roof tiles. The accommodation is over two floors.

The house is currently approached through the farm buildings, but it is envisaged that a new drive will be created from the south through the fields that form part of Lot 1. A planning application for new access is currently being considered by Council (Ref: APP/2018/0922). This will significantly enhance the approach to the property. Around the house is a lawn to the south and plenty of hard standing for car parking.

The front door leads to a central hallway with doors off to sitting room with bay window, a kitchen with dining area and log burning stove, utility, bedroom 4, family bathroom and access to the integral garage.

On the first floor, there is a master bedroom with en suite shower room, bedrooms 2 and 3, bathroomroom and linen cupboard.
