Directions From Nuneaton and the east take the B4114 Coleshill Road through Camp Hill to Ansley Common. As the road begins to rise pass Nursery Hill Primary School (on your right hand side) the woodland will be found on the right as indicated by the John Earle auction board.

From Furnace End/Over Whittacre take the B4114 signposted to Ansley and Nuneaton, pass through Church End to the top of the hill and, as the road descends (approximately 1 ½ miles from Church End, towards Nursery Hill), the land will be found as indicated above, on the left hand side.

Conditions of Sale The property will, unless previously withdrawn, be sold subject to the Special and General Conditions of Sale, which have been settled by the Vendor’s Solicitor. These conditions may be inspected during the usual office hours at the offices of the vendor’s Solicitor mentioned in these sales particulars during the five days, exclusive of Saturday and Sunday, immediately before and exclusive of the day of the sale.
