Temporary Closure of Bridleways AX 13/30 WS 10/100 and Footpaths SM 1/58 SM 19/37 SM 18/32 SM 1/63 SM 1/59 SM 18/34 SM 1/60 SM 18/3 SM 1/58 SM 18/2 SM 19/41 SM 19/43 and SM 19/44

TAKE NOTICE that in pursuance of Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulations Act 1984, as amended by the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991, the County Council of have made Orders PROHIBITING ALL TRAFFIC from proceeding along (1) Bridleway AX 13/30 from Black Rock Gate in a north easterly direction for 600 metres. (2) Footpath SM 1/58 from its junction with footpath SM 18/35 in a westerly direction for 740 metres to its junction with footpath SM 1/60. (3) Footpath SM 19/37 and SM 18/32 from its junction with footpath SM 19/35 in a easterly direction for 500 metres (4) Bridleway WS 10/100 from its junction with bridleway WS 4/15 in a westerly direction for 475 metres (5) Footpath SM 1/63 from its junction with SM 1/59 in a north easterly direction for 390 metres to footpath SM 19/48. (6) Footpath SM 1/59 from its junction with footpath SM 1/63 in a north westerly direction for 210 metres. (7) Footpath SM 18/34 from its junction with footpath SM 1/58 in a south easterly direction for 380 metres to the road. (8) Footpath SM 1/60 from its eastern junction with footpath SM 1/58 in a south westerly direction for 455 metres to its western junction with footpath SM 1/58. (9) Footpath SM 18/3 from its junction with footpath SM 1/58 in a south easterly direction for 145 metres. (10) Footpath SM 18/2 and SM 1/58 from its junction with footpath SM 18/3 in a south westerly direction for 500 metres. (11) Footpath SM 19/41 from the road in a north westerly direction for 205 metres. (12) Footpath SM 19/43 from the road in a south easterly direction for 270 metres to the road. (13) Footpath SM 19/44 from the road in a easterly direction for 320 metres. These closures are required as there is the likelihood of danger to the public whilst trees suffering from advanced ash dieback are being felled.

The Orders will come into force on 22 October 2020 and will remain in force for six months.
