May it please the Court,

Once again we meet to perform our melancholic duty towards our brothers and sister who had left us and who have gone on that journey on which we all must follow. No one is to live forever, but at the same, we only have sadness at the passing on of our learned brothers and sister. Indeed, the loved ones of those who have passed on will always have in their hearts love and sweet memories of their dearly departed.

Ladies and Gentlemen, may I quote something from Frank Sinatra:

“And now, the end is near,

And so I face the final curtain, My friends, I’ll say it clear, I’ll state my case of which I’m certain, I’ve lived a life that’s full, I’ve travelled each and every highway, And more, much more than this, I did it my way.”

My Lady and My Lord,

Each and every one of them had made immense contribution, in their respective ways, to their families, the society and to humanity.

May I move the Court for an order that a record of these proceedings be kept in the Archives of this Court and a copy thereof be sent to the families of those remembered today.

Thank You.
