(Continued from page 1) Petaluma Rickard Näslin, from Östersund, Sweden, started and continues to lead the Östersunds Spelmanslag. In 1978 Rickard became a Riksspelman. In 1998 he was awarded the Lapp Nils medal, the highest honor of the association for fiddlers in Jämtland. Since his 2003 visit, Rickard has published several more CDs and Scandia Camp Mendocino books of Jämtland music. He will teach the fiddle
