Chinese-Americans for PEF was founded by Chinese-American parents who believe strongly that supporting the Peninsula Education Foundation in meeting its fundraising goals is an important way they can assure an outstanding education for their children. We believe there is a great deal of potential support among Chinese-Americans for their public schools through the Peninsula Education Foundation.

Reasons to donate to PEF as part of this group: Showing our support as a united Chinese-American community sends a powerful message about the importance we place on education and the importance we place on contributing to the Palos Verdes community.

Donations to the Peninsula Education Foundation fund programs and teachers that maintain the national and international prestige of Palos Verdes Peninsula public schools, which benefits our children when applying to colleges.

State funding and tax dollars are not enough to provide for all the programs and teachers needed to make Palos Verdes schools and students competitive on a national and international level. Donations to the Peninsula Education Foundation are the only way funds can be raised for teaching positions.
