Golf Guarantees/Confirmation/Payment The number of players indicated on your original contract is the number considered for approval. The contract must be signed by your organization’s authorized representative and returned along with a $750 deposit ($500 for groups of 40 or fewer). Formal booking of the event is not complete until the contract and deposit are received by the head golf professional at Innsbrook Resort. Final payment is due the day of your event.

Playing Formats In the interest of speeding up play, all formats must be approved by the head golf professional. It is recommended that a scramble or some form of selected format be used.

Patio on the 18th Green COMPLIMENTARY (Seats 60–140) The Patio on the 18th Green is the perfect location for an alfresco celebration. This outdoor-only site overlooks the scenic 18th green of Innsbrook’s golf course. This venue provides coverage from the rain. Heaters may also be provided if necessary. The corrugated metal ceiling, rustic light fixtures, fans, five outdoor televisions and laid back atmosphere set the stage for your outing lunch or dinner in an outdoor setting. The 19th Hole banquet room is directly accessible to be utilized as stationed buffet and/or bar. Newly renovated bathrooms are located just inside.

Wobbe Room $200 (Seats 20–40) With its vaulted ceiling, attached bar and private bathroom and located above the Clubhouse Bar and Grille, the Wobbe Room is a great indoor option for golf gatherings, lunch or dinner.

Clubhouse Dining Room, Bar and Deck $750 (Seats 80–200) Price only valid in combination with a same-day golf outing. You’ll enjoy the friendly atmosphere and the rustic, refined and relaxed style of the Clubhouse Dining Room. Venue available Sunday-Thursday only unless approved by management.

Shotgun-Start Outings Will have a minimum guarantee of 100 players for a closed course shotgun. Afternoon shotguns must guarantee a minimum of 52 players for a shotgun start. Only when paying the 100 player minimum will the event have the entire golf course for their outing. All shotgun starts will be at 8 a.m. or 1:30 p.m. unless the head golf professional approves other arrangements.

Tee-Time Outings Will guarantee their number of players 15 days prior to the event date. Each reserved tee time represents four green fees. Tee time outings will share the golf course with normal play.

Weather Considerations Outings are responsible for full payment of event unless the golf course is closed due to inclement weather or the golf professional deems the golf course unplayable.

Deposits Deposit of $750 ($500 for groups of 40 or fewer) is required for shotgun events. Tee-time events are required to secure a deposit with a credit card at the time of booking and pay the balance the day of play. Deposit must accompany this contract. Refund of deposit will occur if events are cancelled within the timeframe specified in the cancellation policy below.

Final Payment Balance of payment will be due on the event date. All food and beverage prices are subject to a 22% service charge and 7.6% tax.

Tax Exemption If your organization claims sales tax exempt status, a currect sales tax exempt letter is required and must be on file no later than five days prior to outing date.

Cancellations All cancellations must be made with the head golf professional a minimum of 15 days prior to event day for tee time events and 45 days prior to shotgun events.
