January 2018 BOT and Chairpersons Strategic Planning City Sports Club Cebu PMAP CEBU 2019 THEME: #LODI PMAP Cebu 2018 President, Michael Godinez’s administration’s thrust was anchored on the values of Leadership, Openness, Diversity and Inclusion or L.O.D.I. Thus, every PMAP Cebu activity would endeavor to emulate and emphasize the importance of the following:

Leadership- PMAP Cebu will focus on developing leaders not only from its existing Board but from the ranks of its active members in order to facilitate this, every committee was tasked to organize a General Membership Meeting (GMM) from its marketing, planning and programming honing further committee members’ leadership skills and giving them the discretion to recruit members who they think will best serve the committee in particular and the PMAP membership in general. Openness- PMAP stands for “People Managers Association of the Philippines” thus, PMAP will no longer be an organization “exclusive” to HR practitioners but will welcome people mangers from all across industries in the private and even public sectors. We will invite other people managers to attend our meetings and activities and welcome them to become members of our association.

Diversity- Diversity of ideas and opinions will be respected in PMAP Cebu. In an increasingly volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous world, where companies strive to remain relevant, we must learn to adapt and become change managers.

Inclusion- PMAP Cebu will maintain a working environment of acceptance and appreciation. Both PMAP and JPMAP members will have access to the Board and its committees and will continue to integrate JPMAP alumni into PMAP membership. JPMAP COMMITTEE “MILLENIAL PORTRAIT OF SUCCESS” By Benedicto College

• What these trends seem to be circumscribing, but not tackling directly, is the idea of freedom. Millennial simply want the freedom to mix-and-match their working and personal lives as they fit.
