The 2017-18 season marks the 14th for the Tigers in their home arena, FedExForum, which offi cially opened in September, 2004. Located just a few feet off on historic Highway 61, FedExForum rises to extend the heart of the Memphis entertainment district. Memphis plays all of its 2017-18 home contests in the 18,400-seat are- na, which is serving as the host site for 2019 American Athle c Conference Championship. It also is the site for the 2021 NCAA South Regional. Since it opened in 2004, FedExForum has hosted six Conference USA Tournaments, three NCAA Men’s South Regionals (2009, 2014, 2017), one American Ath- le c Conference Tournament and one NCAA Women’s South Regional (2010). At 135 feet high, FedExForum provides a new backdrop for historic Beale Street. The 805,850 square-feet arena, covering 13.8 acres, features fi ve lev- els as well as state-of-the-art locker rooms and facili es for sports teams, as well as an excep onal dining and entertainment experiences for its patrons.
