Award for Outstanding Work: ITK Engineering Honors Nine Students

Ruelzheim, 25th of March 2015 – The technology company ITK Engineering headquartered in Ruelzheim (Palatinate), honored nine local area high school students for their outstanding achievements in mathematics and physics. There has been a close cooperation for many years between ITK Engineering and the Gymnasium Woerth, IGS Kandel and Goethe Gymnasium Germersheim. In addition to sponsoring various school events, the Ruelzheim company supports students who distinguish themselves with their outstanding work in mathematics or physics. Dr. Fritz Brechtel (administrative head of the district), Jutta Wegmann (district councilor), and Torsten Breitel (ITK Engineering) presented the awards during the schools' graduation ceremony – not only a certificate, but also a cash prize.

The award winners of 2015 are Alexandra Ell, Jonas Bender, Tabea Köhler and Julian Sven Erhardt from Europa Gymnasium Woerth, Jasmijn Rath and Pascal Bothe from Goethe Gymnasium Germersheim as well as Markus Eichhorn, Maximilian Schreiber and Julian Westermann from IGS Kandel.
