Situated in the most southern part of Berkshire County, New Marlborough is off the beaten path, roughly twenty miles from the nearest exit of the Massachuse�s Turnpike. The residents take pride in their sense of place and wish to maintain it. Recent decades of broad economic and demographic changes in New England are affecting the small, rural community of New Marlborough. -

I wish you all the best with your work at Estabrook. I have no doubt that it is complicated. I am a little surprised to hear that you are saying that you are having current problems on Town open spaces that are significant enough that you may have to put more restrictions in place. I say that I am surprised, because my husband and I have been doing a lot of walking in various open spaces, mostly Town or CLCT properties/trails, although we have not been in parks or playgrounds.
