CHILDREN OF THE REVOLUTION Spring Pictures - delivered third draft for producer Lucie Wenigerova. A rites-of-passage drama following a Czech student fresh from the Velvet Revolution as she takes her first ever-trip out of the former Eastern Bloc and tries to fit into Thatcher’s Britain.

BACKGROUND

After studying English at Manchester University (1987-90) and three years teaching English in northern Spain and London, Nick worked as a freelance writer and editor (as well as two years of stand-up comedy) before enrolling in the Screenwriting course at the National Film and Television School, Beaconsfield (1999-2001). Whilst there, he served on the Script Jury at the Munich International Student Film Festival, 2000, participated in the Croix Regardes Development Workshop at the 2002 Dinard Film Festival, and was a TAPS Showcased Writer, 2001.
