Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before submitting the form:

1. Wynn (as defined below) is the host of the “ WeChat Anniversary Campaign” (the “Campaign”). For the purposes of this Campaign, “Wynn” shall mean Wynn Resorts (Macau) S.A. (or “WRMSA”), a company established under the laws of Macau, with registered offices at Rua Cidade de Sintra, NAPE, Hotel Wynn, Macau, and all other companies directly or indirectly controlled by Wynn Resorts, Limited, a company incorporated in , United States of America and the ultimate parent company of WRMSA.

2. Campaign period: August 20 to August 23.

3. Campaign Prizes:

Grand Prize – 1 Winner

 Round-trip airline tickets to Macau (with the departure country/region limited to Taiwan and People’s Republic of or ferry tickets to Macau from Hong Kong and People’s Republic of China).  Complimentary 2-night stay at Wynn Palace’s Parlor Suite, with daily Fontana Buffet breakfast for two  Limousine pick-up and drop off services from the Macau International Airport, Macau ferry terminal or Gongbei Border to Wynn Palace, as applicable  MOP 1,500 Dining Credit at appointed Fine Dining Restaurants (information on appointed Fine Dining Restaurants can be obtained at the Wynn Palace check-in counter)

4. To participate in the Campaign, each participant must select between two photos ( or Wynn Palace) and submit his/her anniversary wish to Wynn in four or eight Chinese characters (as applicable) to form a Chinese couplet. Each participant shall also complete the user information page at the end. Failure to complete and submit all information required in this Campaign by clicking on “submit” at the bottom of the user information page shall prevent Wynn from receiving the participant’s wish and therefore shall prevent his/her participation in this Campaign.

5. The best Chinese couplets will be selected by Wynn, in Wynn’s sole discretion, among all Chinese couplets received. Participants who submitted the winning Chinese couplets will be awarded the aforementioned prizes.

6. Winners of the Campaign will be announced on August 30, 2018 via a WeChat post on Wynn’s WeChat page. Following the announcement, winners can contact Wynn directly via WeChat, or write to [email protected], to claim their prizes. If the winner has not contacted Wynn after a period of five (5) business days, Wynn will proceed to contact the winner using the phone number indicated in the user information page. Prize vouchers will be couriered or mailed to the winners, within two months after the winners are announced.

7. Winners can redeem the vouchers within a six-month validity period beginning October 8, 2018 and ending April 7, 2019. Room vouchers can only be redeemed on weekdays (Sunday to Thursday) and are not valid on weekends, on the eve of a Macau public holiday and on Macau public holidays (day and night). Advance reservation is required for accommodation and dining. Please provide the voucher number at the time of reservation. Details for reservation are available on the back of the room voucher. The original room or dining voucher must be presented for redemption. In the case of a room voucher, the original voucher must be presented at check-in. The vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other voucher, promotion or discount. Each voucher can only be used once and will not be reissued if lost or damaged. Damaged and expired vouchers will not be accepted.

8. Campaign prizes may not be transferred, sold, donated or exchanged for cash or other goods. For hotel vouchers, the winner must be one of the guests staying in the hotel room and the hotel reservation must be made under his/her name, using the exact same name as in his/her passport. The registered guest is required to present the original voucher and a valid passport in person upon check-in at the Wynn Palace check-in counter. For dining vouchers, the winner must present the original voucher and a valid passport in person upon redemption at one of the appointed Fine Dining Restaurants. Should a person attempting to redeem the voucher not be the winner, Wynn reserves the right to refuse redeeming of the voucher.

9. By participating in this Campaign, each participant warrants to Wynn that he or she is creator of, and owns all intellectual property rights (including copyright) in the Chinese Couplet he/she is submitting to participate. By participating in this Campaign, each participant grants Wynn an exclusive, irrevocable, free of charge license and authorization for Wynn to use, as Wynn deems fit, the Chinese couplet submitted by said participant, for the purposes of (i) this Campaign, and/or (ii) for any other marketing, advertising and/or publicity campaigns of Wynn, its products and services, and/or (iii) for other informational efforts by Wynn; Wynn shall be licensed and authorized to use said Chinese couplet an unlimited number of times, throughout the world, in any publications, websites and social-media as Wynn deems fit (including, without limitation, Facebook, WeChat, WhatsApp, Weibo, Google, Twitter, Instagram or others), in any manner as Wynn deems fit (including print, online, video, and/or any other technology now existing or developed in the future), all for a period of fifty (50) years, without Wynn being required to pay any consideration to the participant. For the purposes hereof, the term “use” shall include the display, exhibition, broadcast, public performance, transmission, reproduction, and any other forms of exploitation.

10. By participating in this Campaign, each participant authorizes Wynn to collect, process and store, by any means, his/her personal data collected in connection with his/her participation in this Campaign (including, without limitation, all personal data provided by participant when completing the user information page or presented upon prize redemption by participant) (the “Data”), for the following purposes: for the purposes of this Campaign (including, without limitation, to contact winners, for prize redemption), for direct marketing and customization of marketing offers (with a view for participant to periodically receive Wynn Group news and promotions), for integration or segmentation (if any) of Wynn databases to ensure consistency, to conduct market research around consumer preferences, and for audit purposes (including audits by Wynn internal and external auditors).

11. By participating in this Campaign, each participant further consents that, subject to Wynn privacy controls, the Data be (i) disclosed to other Wynn companies, to designated services providers acting under Wynn’s authority (including service providers used to assist with the Campaign, such as Beijing Rui Yi Heng Dong Technology Co.,Ltd, or with other Wynn marketing campaigns, surveys or market research, or with management of data, including web based service providers) and to public authorities with jurisdiction over Wynn, and (ii) transferred to and stored at (including, but not limited to, transfer to and storage on the cloud) any jurisdictions, including, without limitation, the United States of America, the Macau and Hong Kong Special Administrative Regions of the People’s Republic of China and other regions of the People’s Republic of China. Subject to Wynn privacy controls, the Data of each participant will be kept during his/her participation in this Campaign, and for marketing and other purposes, for the period of time the WRMSA’s concession agreement for the operation of games of fortune and chance is in force in Macau. Each participant has the right to request access to his/her Data, the right to request any rectification or update to the Data, as well as the right to withdraw the consent given, or simply opt-out from receiving direct marketing, by writing to Wynn at [email protected].

12. By participating in this Campaign, each participant further accepts Wynn’s privacy policy) available at https://www.wynnpalace.com/sc/privacy-policy, as may be revised from time to time.

13. Each participant must at all times comply with, and indemnify Wynn against, a breach by said participant of Macau law. Each participant is solely and fully responsible for any intellectual property rights claims (including copyright claims), and for any other third party claims that arise in connection with the participant’s partaking in this Campaign.

14. Should Wynn consider, in Wynn’s sole discretion, that a submission by a participant encloses inappropriate content, including but not limited to, libel, slander, harassment, obscenity, invasion of privacy or infringement/misappropriation of a third party’s rights (including, without limitation, copyright or other intellectual property right), Wynn reserves the right to remove the submission without prior notice and the participant shall be disqualified and no longer be a participant in this Campaign.

15. Employees of any Wynn companies (as defined above), and employees and representatives of service providers or consultants involved in this Campaign, are not eligible to participate in this Campaign. Should any of the aforementioned persons attempt to participate, they will be disqualified. Should a person ineligible to participate be found to be ineligible, or be disqualified, upon having redeemed a prize, said person must refund to Wynn the value of the prizes redeemed, and must pay to Wynn any other damages incurred by Wynn as a result of said participation.

16. Each participant hereby irrevocably releases Wynn from any liability caused by, arising by virtue of, or otherwise relating to the Campaign or its prizes.

17. Wynn reserves the right to, at any time, cancel this Campaign without prior notice. 18. This Campaign is governed by the laws of the Macau Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China (“Macau”) and by participating in this Campaign, each participant accepts the exclusive jurisdiction of the Macau courts to resolve any disputes or grievances arising out of, or in connection with, this Campaign.
