GEORGE AXELROD (Playwright): From Broadway comedies like The Seven Year Itch (1952), Will SuccessSpoil Rock Hunter? (1955) and (1959) to adroit screen adaptations of William Inge's Bus Stop (1956), 's Breakfast at Tiffany's (1961) and 's Manchurian Candidate (1962), Mr. Axelrod was celebrated for a quirky, sophisticated sensibility that always seemed slightly ahead of the curve. For about a decade during the 50s and 60s, he was considered one of the hottest and most prolific writers in Hollywood. Additional movie credits include Phffft! (1956), Paris - When It Sizzles(1964), How 10 Murder Your Wife (1965), Lord Love a Duck (1966) and The Secret Life of an American Wife (1968).

I\MI\NDA SITTON (Director): NVA Ensemble Member. Amanda previously directed The Heidi Chronicles for New Village Arts. She has won San Diego Theatre Critics Circle Awards for her :Icting for the past two years - for her work in San Diego Rep's Doubt and New Village Arts' Gulden Boy. A founding member of NVA's Ensemble, she has appeared in the New Village Arts productions of Three Sisters, Crimes of the Heart, Sailor's Song, Golden Boy, Dancing at l.ugllfJasa, BeAggressive and Four Dogs and a Bone.

TIM WALLACE (Scenic Designer): NVA Ensemble Member and resident set designer. NVA: Summer and Smoke, The Heidi Chronicles, The Man Who, The Santaland Diaries, Picasso ot the Lapin Agile, Time Flies, Four Dogs and a Bone, Be Aggressive, Golden Boy, Scripps Ranch: Shadowbox, The Last Night of Ballyhoo, They're Playing Our Song and Holiday Memories; Backyard Productions: Hysterical Blindness. Tim has enjoyed a 20 year career with the San Diego Opera painting scenery for productions that have traveled around the world.

SUSANNA KURNER (Costume Designer): NEW VILLAGE ARTS (as an actor/singer): As You Like It, A Midsummer Night's Dream, The Two Gentlemen of Verona. Susanna previously assistant costume designed Prelude to a Kiss. She is an accomplished musician and a certified Alexander Technique teacher. As a singer, she is known for her retro style, which she embodies in her country band HELLO, TROUBLE and with various jazz bands. ADAM BRICK (Sound Design): NVA Ensemble Member. Adam has been an Audio Engineer for ten years. He splits his time between San Francisco and Oceanside, where he records local bands at his studio, Brickhouse Recordings Studios. Previous sound designs for NVA include Summer and Smoke, The Santaland Diaries, Picasso at the Lapin Agile, Four Dogs and a Bone, [Julrusher, Off the Ground, Fool For Love, Sailor's Song, The Complete Works of William Shakespeare (Abridged), This is Our Youth, True West, Crimes of the Heart and Three Sisters. He is also seen frequently on the NVA stages, including roles in Things We Want, Time Flies, Complete Works, Three Sisters and the upcoming Sweet Storm.

BONNIE DURBEN (Props): NVA Ensemble Member and resident props designer. JENN TYRER (Stage Manager): NVA: Debut. Jenn is so excited to finally be working at New Village Arts! Having stage managed in and around San Diego for 20 years, some of Jenn's favorite shows include Last Night of Ballyhoo at Scripps Ranch Theater, The 2007 Fritz Blitz, State of the a Play in Two Acts at Twiggs, and The Patte Awards for the past three years. She is thankful to Tim for suggesting her for The 7 Year Itch and Amanda for taking the chance, and to the always supportive Charles, Guard the boat, mind the tide ... don't touch my dirt.

TANNER WESTON (Assistant Stage Manager): NVA: Prom Night (actor). Tanner would like to thank the whole NVA family for this amazing opportunity. Thanks to the cast for being so talented and good to work with. To the crew - I've never had so much fun on a show. Upon returning to UCLA'sSchool of Theatre, Film and Television, Tanner will be a senior acting major eagerly awaiting the real world and all it has to offer.
