To achieve this the industry has to face challenges in training labour force and supervisory staff. When we are competing with major players including Global investors, we, the local builders, have to update the standards adhering to quality and safety. It is time to join hands with manufacturer and consultants in conducting training programme and create more awareness. Hence due importance may be given for skill development and R&D.
