ANDY PAQUETTE: Andy worked as a consultant with the Commonwealth of for four years. He evaluated the business and financial operations of 70 public school districts. Previously he spent seven years in both the public education and public sectors. He was the Director of Finance and Operations at the Nashoba Regional School District from 1999 to 2002. Before working at Nashoba he was the Director of Finance for the Town of Griswold in Connecticut. From 1996 to 1999, he held the position of School Business Manager for the Public Schools. Andy is certified as a School Business Manager by the State of Massachusetts, qualified as a Certified Administrator of School Finance and Operations by the Association of School Business Officials, and is a Certified Government Finance Manager by the Association of Government Accountants. Andy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the College of the Holy Cross and a Master of Science in Accounting and a Master of Business Administration from Northeastern University.

CHRISTOPHER DESJARDINS: Mr. Desjardins began working with TMS in 2012 after twenty years of financial experience with Country Bank in Ware, MA. From 1992 to 2012, Mr. Desjardins held many positions, most recently First Vice President of Finance/Risk Management, where he handled all aspects of financial reporting, income modeling, and risk management. After a brief departure from TMS to serve as Senior Vice President/Chief Financial Officer in 2016-2017 at North Brookfield Savings Bank, he is now back full time. His primary roles at TMS are business management duties in Hadley, MA and East Windsor, CT.

Mr. Desjardins has served on the Ware School Committee since 2004, holding the position of Chair for seven years. Mr. Desjardins graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Worcester State College, with a double concentration of Finance and Marketing, and a minor in Media. He is also a graduate of the Massachusetts Bankers School for Financial Studies and the Stonier National Graduate School of Banking, where he graduated with honors.

MARK CHAPULIS: Mark has over 23 years of experience in project and operations management, workflow design, budgeting and expense control, working for two of the largest insurers in Massachusetts. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with concentrations in both Management and Finance from Bryant College. He has served as the business manager with TMS for the Gill Montague Regional School District, Hadley Public Schools, East Windsor, CT Public Schools, Granby Public Schools, and the Winchendon Public Schools.

DAVID LOCKWOOD: David served as a lead examiner for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts for seven years. During that time, he led teams of veteran educators on reviews of 70 public school districts. Prior to this work he spent eight years in the Public Schools. There he served as both a teacher and the chairperson of the science department at the James P. Timilty Middle School. The James P. Timilty Middle School received the following awards during his tenure: The Lighthouse Award from the Massachusetts Department of Education; the Blue Ribbon National School of Excellence from the U.S. Department of Education; Distinguished Title One School (National) from the U.S. Title One Program, the Service Excellence Award from the Massachusetts General Hospital; the Pre-College Science Education Grant from the Howard Hughes Medical Institute. Mr. Lockwood has been published in the Advances In Physiology Education. David earned a Bachelor of Science in Genetics from the University of Newcastle Upon Tyne and a Master of Education from Lesley University.
