The Music Festival has been an annual event since 2011 with proceeds helping to restore the historic Munna Creek Hall. From a sad state of disrepair about a decade age, the hall has been restored to a community building of which the district can be proud. The event took place over 4 days in August and visited many Queensland towns north and west of the Wide Bay Region.
