3 Location of Meeting Place

The AHG meetings during the weekend will take place at VUB-imec Offices, Pleinlaan 9, B-1050 Brussels. The main JPEG meeting is organized in buildings D and E at the Brussels Humanities, Sciences Engineering Campus campus of the Vrije Universiteit Brussel, Pleinlaan 2, B-1050 Brussels (Etterbeek).

4 Registration and meeting information

Meeting attendance is free of charge for all JPEG delegates. Delegates are required to register for the meeting at both the online meeting registration maintained by ISO and the registration form provided by the host:

• Please register at the ISO web site at https://sd.iso.org/meetings/59576 before the 1st of July 2019.

• Please register at http://brussels.jpeg.org before the 1st of July 2019.

Registration in both sites is mandatory. Coffee breaks will be provided but lunches will have to be purchased by the participants themselves. Participants can enjoy lunch in the university student restaurant or go to restaurants in the area. Please check WG1 Livelink for updated meeting schedule and locations.

9 Weather

The average high in July in Belgium is 23 degrees Celsius while the average low is 15 degrees Celsius not accounting for global warming. However, the weather in Belgium can be highly variable so it is recommended to regularly check the weather forecast.

11 Hotel Information

It is advised to book a hotel in the center of Brussels, in the neighborhood of "Brussel- Centraal" (train station). The "Brussel-Centraal" train station has a direct line with the "Brussels-Airport" train station. From "Brussel-Centraal", it is possible to take either the train (recommended) or the metro to reach the university campus (about 20 minutes travel time). In addition, there are two direct train connections per hour between and railway station "Etterbeek".

12 Reaching the campus by Train or Metro

The campus can be reached via:

• By train (recommended), direct line from "Brussel-Centraal" to train station "Etter- beek" (located next to building PL9). See http://www.belgianrail.be/ for time schedules.
