Proposition 1 Republic School District #309 Bonds to Construct and Renovate School Facilities

The Board of Directors of Republic School District No. 309 adopted Resolution No. 03-2020- 02, concerning a proposition to finance construction and renovation of school facilities. This proposition would authorize the District to: construct a new middle/high school, on or near the existing site, and renovate other District school facilities, all to improve student learning and safety; issue no more than $4,500,000 of general obligation bonds maturing within 20 years; and levy annual excess property taxes to repay the bonds, all as provided in Resolution No. 03- 2020-02.
