Online Purchases
The website has a new Fees tab so that miscellaneous payments can be completed online with a credit card. The current payment options include the Guest Pass, League Fee, Ball Machine Pass, and Buddy Pass (see next section). You can find the fees page at pbtennis.com/Fees.
Buddy Pass
The club now offers a "Buddy Pass." Purchasing this pass will allow you to bring one free guest with you each time you play for the rest of the year! The cost of the Buddy Pass is currently $120 but will be reduced by $10 on the first of each month.

San Diego District Tennis Association Awards Banquet 2020
The La Jolla Beach & Tennis Club hosted the Annual San Diego District Tennis Association (SDDTA) Dinner on Friday, January the 17th.
The District presented awards for player of the year, sportsman of the year, family, community service, club, and tournament. Congratulations to all the District winners.
Long-time board member, Carol Jory, announced herself as the new SDDTA president, replacing Anne Podney. Many know Carol as director of the local recreational World Team Tennis (WTT) league.
Carol introduced another new president, Troy Morrison, who has taken the reins for the San Diego Aviators professional WTT franchise.
WTT Celebrity All-Star Match at Omni La Costa Resort & Spa March 1
Five-time Grand Slam singles champion and World Team Tennis veteran Maria Sharapova and WTT stars Bob and Mike Bryan, Sam Querrey, Taylor Fritz, CoCo Vandeweghe, Madison Keys, Ryan Harrison and Taylor Townsend (2018 WTT Female MVP) are set to play in the WTT Celebrity All-Star Match at Omni La Costa Resort & Spa (home of WTT’s San Diego Aviators) in Carlsbad March 1. Tickets are on sale now at www.WTTTickets.com. Limited seating is available for the WTT Celebrity All-Star Match, and the event is expected to sell out so get your tickets today!
Morgan Run Club & Resort in Rancho Santa Fe to host 10th Annual Shoebacca Women’s Open February 24-29
The $25,000 United States Tennis Association Pro Circuit event showcases young rising Americans among an international field of touring professionals. The tournament will feature top local players as well. Admission for spectators and on-site parking is free each day.
