The Effect of the above Orders will be, without any change in substance to the designations and provisions imposed by those Orders, to consolidate each district’s Orders into a new consolidated map-based Order, the Orders being consolidated and their respective amendments are listed in Schedule 1. A copy of the Order and this Notice, which comes into operation on 1st November 2019 are available in the Civic Reception, Civic Centre, Duke Street, Chelmsford, Essex CM1 1JE where they may be inspected during normal office hours, or online at www.chelmsford.gov.uk. If you wish to question the validity of any of the Orders or any provisions contained in them on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act, or of any instrument made under it, has not been complied with in relation to the Orders, you may apply within 6 weeks from the date the Orders were made, to the High Court for this purpose.
