These, along with DUI Evaluation and Risk Education and now as an Associate Sex Offender Provider, make Theresa a well-rounded counselor with many areas of expertise. Theresa’s dedication, hard work, and time spent continuing her education has made her a valuable asset to Effingham Catholic Charities and to the many people from various Theresa Loy counties who utilize their services. MADISON COUNTY Madison County Highlights Madison County Catholic Charities therapists now work with two local schools to provide counseling services to the students. The therapists are working to build and establish additional collaborations.

Madison County Catholic Charities had great volunteers, staff and board members help with packing Christmas toys for 409 children this year.
