Montgomery, NY Classification: Information Technology - Consulting & Other Services Opportunity Type: General Entered By: Teresa Ceragioli Description: The New York State Bridge Authority (NYSBA) is pleased to invite qualified vendors to submit a complete cost proposal in response to this Request for Proposal to re-design, build, and deliver an improved website for the Authority. Qualified firms that are certified by the State of New York as minority-, women-, or service disabled veteran-owned businesses are strongly encouraged to submit a proposal. Proposers are also welcome to collaborate with certified MWBE and/or SDVOB companies as part of their proposal. Any proposal that is e-mailed will receive an acknowledgement e-mail within 24 hours (or by close of business Monday if e-mailed during the weekend) in order to confirm receipt of the proposal. The Authority anticipates that the project will be awarded after a vote by the Board

1 of 3 of Commissioners at the September 17, 2020 Regular Board Meeting. The award date is subject to change. The Authority’s Executive Management Team and Public Information Officer will recommend to the NYS Bridge Authority Board the name of the proposer(s) that they believe is best qualified per the specifications to provide the services required. The Authority Board retains total discretion to designate the best qualified proposer, and to award or refuse to award a contract.
