Eric Dittleman knows what that’s like and has been reading minds at Universitys, comedy clubs, and private events all across the country. As seen as a semi-finalist NBC’s “America’s Got Talent” and a guest on “The Ellen DeGeneres Show”, Eric Dittleman combines amazing mind reading with stand-up and improvisational comedy. Fenway Park Tour [Leaving from the Arnow Campus Center] Join your fellow Lasell fans at "America's Most Beloved Ballpark.” Fenway Park is uniquely nestled in the city of Boston where dreams are made, traditions are celebrated and is forever. See the home of Red Sox Legends: Williams, Yaz, Fisk and Rice. Visit Pesky's Pole, the press box, and sit atop the world-famous Green Monster which stands 37 feet 2 inches high overlooking leftfield. Lunch option not included. This trip will return in time to attend Fall Fest (you must register for Fall Fest if interested in lunch option). Trip Cost: $15 per person — Advanced registration is required.

9:45 A.M. Honey Pot Hill Orchard Trip [Leaving from the Arnow Campus Center] Come enjoy the fall atmosphere at Honey Pot Orchard, family-owned and operated since 1926. Ticket includes ½-peck bag for apple picking, apple cider donuts, a 16 oz. apple cider guzzler, a caramel apple and a hayride. For those looking to get the most out of fall, this is your trip! Lunch option not included. This trip will return in time to attend Fall Fest (you must register for Fall Fest if interested in lunch option). 12:00 P.M. – 3:15 P.M. Fall Fest & Alumni Celebration [Edwards Student Center Parking Lot & Donahue Plaza] Come join us at the Fall Fest & Alumni Celebration, where you can enjoy various activities such as, family photos, cookie decorating, games, crafts, and more. While at Fall Fest, enjoy a lunch for only $9.00 per person (family and alumni) and $6 per child under 12, in advance. The lunch will be $9.50 per person (family and alumni) and $6.00 per child under 12 on- site. Then travel over to the Alumni Celebration tent to enjoy a variety of seasonal beers, a DJ booth, family friendly activities, free Lasell University giveaways and MORE! Food under the Alumni tent is complimentary and drink tickets will be available to purchase for $5.00 each. The Fall Fest club tables will end at 2:00 P.M. and the Alumni Celebration will end at 3:15 P.M. Lasell students may swipe their Torch Cards. If we have inclement weather, Fall Fest will move into the Valentine Dining Hall. Advanced registration is encouraged. The Valentine Dining Hall will be closed.

12:00 P.M. – 3:15 P.M. Self-Guided Tours [Science & Technology Center, Brennan Library & Wedeman Art Gallery ] It is a very exciting time for Lasell University, in the past three years alone there have been numerous renovations and additions to our campus. Take part in a self-guided tour that will walk you through the brand-new Science and Technology Center and the recently renovated Brennan Library and Arnow Campus Center. Throughout the tour, visit specific checkpoints labeled within the map where you will find Lasell Alumni SWAG stations. The last stop of the tour is the Wedeman Art Gallery. The exhibition showcases paintings, sculptures and video works by the members of the Lasell University community. Visit the Alumni Relations table, which can be found under the Alumni Celebration tent to pick up your map!

12:30 P.M. The Lion King Play [Leaving from the Arnow Campus Center] A lively stage adaptation of the Academy Award-winning 1994 Disney film, The Lion King is the story of a young lion prince living in the flourishing African Pride Lands. Born into the royal family, precocious cub Simba spends his days exploring the sprawling savanna grasslands and idolizing his kingly father, Mufasa, while youthfully shirking the responsibility his position in life requires. When an unthinkable tragedy, orchestrated by Simba’s wicked uncle, Scar, takes his father’s life, Simba flees the Pride Lands, leaving his loss and the life he knew behind. Eventually companioned by two hilarious and unlikely friends, Simba starts anew. Wedeman Art Gallery Showcase & Reception [Wedeman Art Gallery, Yamawaki Art & Cultural Center] The exhibition showcases paintings, drawings, sculptures, video and motion works by current faculty, staff, and Lasell Village residents. 5:45 P.M. Boston Ghost and Gravestones Tour [Departing from the Arnow Campus Center] Guided by a ghoulish band of the undead and a roguish gravedigger, the Trolley of Terror will go back in time as you relive grisly murders, heinous torcherings, and cold-blooded executions like the ones that took place on the Boston Commons. Learn about the paranormal hi-jinx going down at the Omni Parker House, the legend of the Boston Strangler and visit King’s Chapel cemetery where the bones of the dead served as currency for a man named Ephraim Littlefield. – This tour may not be suitable for children under 13 years of age. Children under the age of 6 not allowed. Dinner option not included. Trip Cost: $15 per person — Advanced registration is required.

7:00 P.M. - 8:00 P.M. Student Performance Showcase [de Witt Hall] Lasell is full of multi-talented individuals. We are happy to offer during Family, Friends and Alumni Weekend, a performance showcase featuring a number of the student performance organizations. Performing organizations will include Umoja Step Team, Lasell University Pulse Dance Team, Lasell University Cheerleaders, the Lasell University Drama Club and the Lasell University Chorus. The Hospitality Club will assist in the production of the showcase. This event is free. Advance registration is requested, but not required.

River Day Races 2019 [Lasell University Boat House – Transportation provided] Lasell’s River Day is one of the University’s most beloved traditions, taking place for well over 100 years. Join us for this annual event, where students, family, friends, and alumni load into antique Warrior Canoes and race down the Charles River. You can join a team (of up to six people) or just watch as these teams compete for bragging rights. This year, the fun will take place at Lasell’s Stoller Boat House, located on the Charles River. It is a day you will not want to miss! Shuttles will run from the Arnow Campus Center beginning at 10:30 A.M. until 2:30 P.M. There is no parking available on site. Variety of food options and beverages available at 11:00 A.M. and lunch foods starting at 12:00 P.M. This event is free but advanced registration is encouraged.
