Understanding the Effects of HIV on the Brain Dr. Power’s research seeks to investigate HIV expression in the brain and how HIV reservoirs in the brain can be reduced using current and new therapies.

A New Way of Fighting HIV by Manipulating the Replication Process Dr. Cochrane’s research is unique to the HIV research community because it explores creating a cure for HIV that is based on disrupting HIV gene expression and replication by manipulating the HIV- RNA process.
