The range of the first period of “ADB loan in demonstration project of overall construction planning of Chongqing urban and rural infrastructure” include 8 impoverished counties of Chongqing city, the type of the project are the build or rebuild rural roads and drinking water supply system, mainly including 21 road project and 9 water supply project, the total length of the road is 362 km, the capacity of water supply is 72500 t/d. The sub project has been started are the water supply project of Longtan town Youyang county and the water supply project of Gaoguan town Chengkou county. 2 The semi-annual report description

In the digging and filling engineering of new extending road, the digging is 71900 m3, the filling is 24400 m3, which is accounted for 14.23% in the total digging and 11.19% in the total filling respectively. The extra soil and stone of the three extending roads were discarded in 1, 2, 7 and 10 abandoned clay ( the setting of abandoned clay was shown in table12 and table13). According to practical investigation and inspection, the new extending sections mainly takes up wasteland, and no environmental sensitivity such as water sources, farmers and so on surrounding it, therefore, the environmental
