A New Facility for 3T RPD
3T RPD is the UK’s leading 3D printing company, with clients worldwide including the aerospace, motorsport and medical industries. The company was established in a single small workshop unit on the park in 1999 and has grown steadily, until it now occupies over 26,000 sq ft and has captured an impressive 40% of the UK’s market. The company’s continuing success now demands a further expansion.

Sue’s Bookkeeping & Accountancy Services is a real family firm.
Suzanne Eustace was following in her mother’s footsteps when she trained as an accountant at 18. After many years of being self employed and working from home Sue moved to the business park’s Enterprise Centre in 2016, and expanded the company to take on a Trainee Accounts Assistant - her son Adam, who has recently qualified for the International Association of Bookkeepers.
“Moving to Liberty House was exactly what I needed to grow the business and separate it out from home life - it was taking over the house!” said Sue.

The company works with many business and private clients, including the building trade, retailers, the food industry, property managers, uphoslterers, graphic designers and writers.

Scubair was established in January 1998 and came to Greenham Business Park’s new Enterprise Centre in 1999. The park’s practice of encouraging its occupiers to do business with each other soon saw Scubair installing air conditioning into Liberty House, a two storey serviced office building.
The company has, since then, provided Preventive Planned Maintenance of those systems. Scubair then replaced the existing, and added additional, air conditioning at Liberty House during 2017/2018.
Since 1999 Scubair has grown steadily and moved into larger premises on the park in 2004.
Scubair has continued to provide quality installations and Planned Preventive Maintenance for several other companies on the Park such as 3T RPD, Norma UK, KWE, QTR Transport, SAS, Torftech and Groomers. Maintenance work at Liberty House
Under new management since April 2018, Scubair currently employs 23 staff and is expanding this for further planned and progressive business growth.
Scubair also continues to encourage young adults into the air conditioning industry and currently has three apprentices studying at college. The Base, the park’s new café and arts centre, is one of the latest projects that Scubair is proud to be involved with.
