2013 – present ISRAELI TEAM COORDINATOR, HOF ESO Trilateral Research project, BGU. Coordinate logistics for team of academic researchers (including myself) exploring “Encountering the Suffering of the Other” using narratives and evaluating the impact of such encounters on willingness to reconcile.

2012 – 2017 FACILITATOR AND PROMOTER FOR MEJDI Tours, a joint Arab-Jewish tour operator creating custom tours to Israel and Palestine with a focus on designing the opportunity to hear different perspectives, multiple narratives, participate in new cultural experiences, and go behind closed doors to meet local religious, political, and tribal leaders.

2011 – 2014 FACILITATOR FOR NEGOTIATION SEMINARS in Israeli High Schools: Amal Network and the Harvard PON supported in part by the US Embassy in Tel Aviv; facilitate workshops, lead activities with groups from a pair of schools – one Jewish, one Arab to teach students about Negotiation; assist in evaluation and reporting.

2004- present WORKSHOP INSTRUCTOR, PROCESS DESIGN AND FACILITATION Conduct customized workshops on decision making in communities, mediation, negotiation, and communication. Assist groups and communities with design of process. Facilitate process with an emphasis on participatory group decision making.
