APPLICATION FOR RECIPROCAL GUEST PASS AND ROVER TICKETS - 2017

Full Members of Reciprocal Clubs are entitled to a Reciprocal Guest Pass, limited to a six week period, free of charge, which provides the holder with entry to the Ground, Pavilion and unreserved seating in the Members’ Friends’ Enclosures for the following match days at Lord’s:

Any Cup matches; England v. Ireland One-Day International – Sunday 7th May 2017; The Royal London One-Day Cup Final –Saturday 1st July 2017; England v. South Africa Test Match – Sunday 9th and Monday 10th July 2017; Women’s World Cup Final – Sunday 23rd July 2017; England v. West Indies Test Match – Saturday 9th, Sunday 10th and Monday 11th September 2017; Any other non-major match days at Lord’s.

For any of the major match days that are not listed above, a Reciprocal Guest must purchase Public Stand tickets in order to attend the match, subject to availability. Please visit the Lord’s website (https://tickets.lords.org/) for further information.

Reciprocal Guests should enquire about the availability of Rover Tickets after 1st February 2017, once the M.C.C. Members’ ticket Ballot has been completed. Rover Tickets admit relatives or friends to the Members’ Friends’ Enclosures, but not the Pavilion. Please note that the availability of Rover Tickets cannot be guaranteed.

On Middlesex Twenty20 Cup matches, a Reciprocal Guest may introduce one relative or friend to the Pavilion, provided they are in possession of a Pavilion Ticket. Alternatively, they can purchase a Rover Ticket, which will admit one relative or friend to the Members’ Friends’ Enclosures only. The availability of Pavilion Tickets is not guaranteed.

Eligibility

A Member of a Reciprocal is entitled to make use of the Facilities at Lord’s, provided that they meet the following criteria:

 They are a Full paying Member;  They are over 16;  They do not work or maintain a residential address in the .

Procedure

Applicants should email [email protected] to apply for a Reciprocal Guest Pass, and also indicate whether any Rover Tickets or Pavilion Tickets are required. With this they should include:

 A Letter of Introduction from their Club;  A Passport size photograph;  Their current residential address;  A copy of their Club Membership Pass.

A confirmation of the request will be sent via email. This email will also include collection details for the Reciprocal Guest Pass and tickets. No tickets or passes will be sent out by post.

Please Note:

A Reciprocal Guest Pass entitles the Reciprocal Guest to the benefits and privileges of Associate membership of M.C.C. These include, but are not restricted to, admission to the Ground, Pavilion and Members’ Friends’ Enclosures. Reciprocal Guests also enjoy other privileges, as contained in Regulation 3(j)*, apart from participation in M.C.C. Golf Days. Moreover, Reciprocal Guests are not permitted to purchase or wear M.C.C. colours. *Copies of Club Regulations are available on request from the M.C.C. Membership Office.
