“We are Dreams in Motion Adaptive Sports is in Bismarck, . In 2018, we hosted our first Sanctioned event, the Dakota ParaGames. We had 5 youth competitors and we fielded a team of 2 for Junior Nationals. As we approached our 2nd year, we relied on the sanctioning process to help us fine tune our goals and expectations. We were able to present a more professional and organized event and that showed in our incredible growth. The 2019 the Dakota ParaGames had 10 youth competitors with 9 traveling to Minneapolis for Junior Nationals. It was such an amazing experience for the athletes and for the coaches and we are already looking forward to the 2020 Dakota ParaGames.”

Empowering athletes since 1956 2019 VETERANS AIRGUN OUTREACH PROGRAM

Empowering athletes since 1956 2019 VETERANS AIRGUN OUTREACH PROGRAM “The funding available from the VA Pass Thru grant has allowed our Sport Club to further develop the air rifle programming we offer our participants. We’ve utilized the funding to purchase additional equipment and ongoing supplies that assist us to maintain the program & encourage additional competitions/activities. The virtual matches scheduled with other Sport Clubs have been an enjoyable component for our veterans and has assisted in developing their confidence to compete in matches locally, such as Endeavor Games. Without the Pass Thru grant, our Club would have difficulty offering the number of sessions & opportunities to the interested veterans in our community.”
