First of all, the breads really matter! The veggies and greens are as fresh as we can get, we roast all our own meats, poach chickens for our chicken salads, make our own aioli, compound butters and flavored cream cheeses. Then we compose sandwiches with just the right heft. See if you don’t agree!

To have your order delivered: We are happy to deliver your order to Boston and the Metro West areas. Advance notice (48 hours) is required for delivered orders. A nominal fee is charged for all deliveries. Rates are based upon delivery location.

To open a Corporate Account: Please complete our Corporate Credit Application Form.

To be exempt from MA Meals Tax: Please provide a completed MA Form ST-5 and a copy of your MA Form ST-2 Certificate of Exemption for our files.

To place a last minute order: Call someone else. No, just kidding, please do call us! We will make every effort to accommodate you. Please understand some items cannot be provided on short notice, and special handling charges may accrue.

To cancel your order: Let us know as soon as possible! Order cancellations received by 10:00 am the day before the scheduled delivery incur no charges. Orders canceled after this deadline are subject to 50% charges.

Price changes: Price changes may not be shown on all menus. When you place your order, we will makey ever effort to inform you of any price changes.

The bad weather dilemma: It may be your policy to close in anticipation of a storm, while another may elect to operate. We will make every effort to check with you when storm warnings are posted and we will declare a cancellation deadline in light of the situation. We must then rely on you to cancel your order before the stated deadline if that is your decision. Cancellations after the deadline will incur charges. Note also that if weather or other unusual circumstances lead us to feel that the safety of our people is jeopardized, we may be compelled to cancel orders and shut down. a note about allergies, sensitivities and aversions: We take them all seriously, and if alerted when you place your order, we can be relied upon to make a reasonable effort to accommodate you. However, we cannot guarantee that allergens have not been introduced in the course of ingredients being provided to us, our facilities are not separated by allergen, and our items cannot be assumed to be totally allergen-free.
