4 WEEKEND ONE | THE SCHOOL OF WOMANLY ARTS MASTERY PROGRAM 2018 THE SCHOOL OF WOMANLY ARTS MASTERY PROGRAM 2018 | WEEKEND ONE 5 THERE IS A KIND OF MAGIC THAT HAPPENS WHEN A CIRCLE OF WOMEN FORMS ANYWHERE ON THIS PLANET. When we are in a room together, we don’t even need words to know each other. It’s in the body. We feel each other.

When we gather online…well, it’s a different kind of magic; we have only words — and the occasional selfie video — to know, connect and stand for one another.

When we gather online, in a place of language where we cannot see each other or hear each other, we have to acknowledge the opportunities and limitations of a space like this and we enter with a commitment to one another: words that stand for us, an agreement for our community. BEING A SISTER OUR COMMUNITY AGREEMENT We are all sisters.

“We” is a holy and expansive word. GODDESS ONLINE We recognize and revere the diversity of our personal histories. We are women of color, white women, indigenous women. For some of us, English is our first language and for some, it’s our second, third, or fourth. We love men, women, both, neither, and people in-between and beyond. We are cisgender, transgender, and still trying to find the words. We span financial classes and we span generations. We come from different faiths, or none. QUESTIONS? 6 WEEKEND ONE | THE SCHOOL OF WOMANLY ARTS MASTERY PROGRAM 2018 THE SCHOOL OF WOMANLY ARTS MASTERY PROGRAM 2018 | WEEKEND ONE 7 YOU ARE SO SUPPORTED. We have Online Community Moderators — staff and Mastery grads — here to help us uphold our community agreement, and take us all higher. They are “tool queens” who know and live this work on a deep level, and they stand in service to each of you and to our community as a whole. Moderators may ask you to edit something you post, or help clarify a way to use a tool, or if your post violates one or more parts of our community agreement, they may delete your post and will be in touch to explain why.

In a group of hundreds, it can be hard to see every post — so feel free to tag in or private message a moderator if you’d like support.

Please note that this group will close on July 9th, 2018, a few weeks following our final weekend together. We know, we know, we want to stay in touch forever, too — and we can, just not here. 22 WEEKEND ONE | THE SCHOOL OF WOMANLY ARTS MASTERY PROGRAM 2018 THE SCHOOL OF WOMANLY ARTS MASTERY PROGRAM 2018 | WEEKEND ONE 23 TRINITY This tool came about spontaneously in the Mastery classroom years ago. It’s a powerful, fast way to flex your pleasure muscles and get back in touch with yourself. The Trinity is made up of three parts: a Brag, a Gratitude, and a Desire, in that order.

WHEN TO USE THIS TOOL: • In the Facebook group, when you’re feeling like you need a little juice, or an injection of Sisterhood, fun, and self-love into your day • To to conclude a Spring Clean, and take yourself DESIRE LIST higher after dumping your charge • At a gathering, in a quick round, to connect and share in community

Tap into your personal magic and co-create your heart’s desires with the Great Pussy in the Sky (aka The GPS) by writing a Desire List. Remember that no desire is too big or too small for you — they are exactly the right size.

When you write your Desire List, do not filter or “tone it down”. We’ve been trained not to trust our appetite — not to want too much, for fear of looking greedy, being disappointed, or appearing demanding. But desires are not about that at all.

Desires are the interface between you and that which is greater than you. Desire is where creation begins.

Finally, do not forget to enjoy your desires as you write or share them — savor them, breathe FAVORITE life into them, study them, invest time in them. Things that you never ever could’ve cooked up for yourself or even believed possible will start to happen. WHEN TO USE THIS TOOL: FRAMES • When you’re having trouble locating what exactly you want around a particular A key digestion tool, used to process, savor and integrate your experience. 24 WEEKEND ONE | THE SCHOOL OF WOMANLY ARTS MASTERY PROGRAM 2018 THE SCHOOL OF WOMANLY ARTS MASTERY PROGRAM 2018 | WEEKEND ONE 25 PUSSIFICATION

Pussification is the practice of making every aspect of your life fit for the Goddess.

It is taking the time to do small (or large!) things for yourself, for no other reason than to make yourself feel good. It means offering care and attention to make your world feel delicious. Your world is your temple and your body is the altar. In a house of worship, everything matters. It would not feel good to have a messy sanctuary or a run-down altar.

This might mean you clear everything out of your closet except for the clothes that make you feel hot. You throw out all the old, baggy underwear in your drawer, leaving only pretty panties that fit well. It might mean streamlining your kitchen, or clearing off your workspace, or sorting through your filing. WOMANTRA Pussification sends a new message to the parts of you that learned you were not worth the time. It says, “I am important enough to take time for”.

WHEN TO USE THIS TOOL: Break the habit of negative thinking by replacing unconscious messages with conscious, • In your weekly practices, you’ll find a suggestion on juicy, goddessly reframes that you have written for yourself. one aspect of your life to pussify. Now, it’s not your fault. We as women have been condi- tioned to hand over our power, again and again. In Mastery, you’re learning all kinds of tools to reverse this trend and reclaim that which is rightfully yours. Bringing awareness to a Biff is a great place to start.
