Dan Cipriano has earned a reputation for electrifying audiences with his energetic style combined with precise technical delivery. As one of the busiest sax players in NYC he has performed or recorded with an impressive array of artists and national acts including: Sting, Bruce Springsteen, Jon Bon Jovi, Lynyrd Skynyrd, The Allman Brothers, Elvis Costello, Joan Jett & The Blackhearts, Wilson Pickett, Michael Bolton, Bonnie Raitt, George Thorogood, Edge (U2), , (, , , ), Stanley Jordan, , Gloria Gaynor, Paul Shaffer, Dicky Betts, Steven Van Zandt, John Cafferty, Southside Johnny, Sam Moore, Buster Poindexter, James Cotton, , , Marion Meadows, Oli Silk, Mike Smith (Dave Clark Five), Martha Reeves & the Vandellas, Gary U.S. Bonds, Mitch Ryder, Spencer Davis and many others.

Dan's musical presence thrives not only in live performance work but also on screen and film. He has performed on The Late Show with David Letterman, The Today Show, The Nascar Awards, and The Lucie Awards. Dan is the featured sax player with Wilson Pickett in the Soul documentary by "Miramax Films" called "Only The Strong Survive." Dan also appears in the movie Poliwood performing with Sting and Elvis Costello directed by Barry Levinson. Dan has also recorded dozens of soundtracks for radio and television shows including The Guiding Light, As the World Turns, and All My Children. Some of the jingles Dan has performed on include Wendys, The United Way, Pringles Potato Chips, Goya Beans, D&L Department Stores, and Mike Bloomberg's polictical campaign.

Dan has appeared in Rolling Stone Magazine, The New York Times, Entertainment Weekly, Downbeat Magazine, Time Out New York & The Village Voice. He has performed live in 20 countries around the globe and has been broadcasted on TV and Radio all over the world. Dan's range of talents span a variety musical instruments as well as musical styles also.
