FinecoBank, capital ratios well above the SREP requirements assigned by of Italy

Milan, August 12th, 2020

At the end of the Supervisory Review and Evaluation Process (SREP), has communicated the minimum capital requirement for the FinecoBank Group, binding from September 30th 2020.

The minimum CET1 Ratio is set for FinecoBank at 8,04%, including the Pillar II requirements set at 1,04%, one of the lowest levels among the Italian banking groups. Minimum Tier1 Ratio is set at 9,90%, while Total Capital Ratio at 12,36%.

FinecoBank CET1 Ratio is equal at 24,12% at June 30th 2020 (CET1 Ratio pro-forma, calculated including the amount related to 2019 dividend payment suspended by the Board of Directors on April 6th, 2020 aligning to Bank of Italy’s recommendation, is equal at 18,36%). The capital buffer on the SREP requirements is thus 1,608 basis points.
