 On18October,theGroup’s launchoffourhigh-endprojects,includingShanghai Bay, Hefei Villa Glorious, Harbin Villa Glorious and Tianjin Sunshine Holiday, receivedoverwhelmingresponse.Atotalofapproximately1,620unitswithgross floorarea(“GFA”)aggregatingover202,500sq.m.weresoldandachievedsales revenueaggregatingRMB3billion.

 On15October,theGroupannouncedthatitsindirectwholly-ownedsubsidiary, ShanghaiXintai PropertyDevelopmentCo.Ltd,hasenteredintoanagreement toestablishaprojectcompanywiththestate-ownedNanjingJiaotong Investment DevelopmentLimitedtodevelopaRMB6billionresidentialprojectinNanjing, in which Shanghai Xintai has a 49% interest while Nanjing Jiaotong owns the remaining51%.Theregisteredcapitalofthisprojectcompanyis RMB100million. Theprojectcompanywilleventuallybe60%ownedbytheGroup.

 On 12 October, the Group announced an acquisition of two parcels of land adjacenttoitsexistingTianjinDagang projectandthefamousGuan’gang Lake withintheup-marketDagang .Thesetwoparcelsoccupyasite area of 583,400 sq.m., with planned GFA of approximately 597,000 sq.m.. The aggregateconsiderationfortheacquisitionisRMB849million,whichtranslates intoaper-square-meterGFAcostofRMB1,422.

 On8October,theGroup’sluxuryresidentialprojectinBeijing,Royal Mansion, receivedoverwhelmingresponsesincelaunch.Withinashortperiodofjusttwo days, 37 units with GFA aggregating more than 6,200 sq.m. were sold, generating sales revenue totaled RMB173 million. The average selling price achievedhasreachedRMB28,000persq.m.,approximately70%abovethatof projectsinthesamedistrict.Thehighestpriceachievedduring thisinitiallaunch wasaboveRMB34,000persq.m.

 Asat31October2009,theGroupachievedsubscribedsales(includinginternal subscriptionandfurtherdepositscollected)ofRMB3.381billion andcontracted

salesofRMB3.934billion.
