General Election to Legislative Assembly will be conducted on 06/04/2021. Polling materials are to be distributed to polling staff on 05/04/2021 and to be received back after poll on 06/04/2021. St.Mary’s College, Sulthan Bathery is selected as distribution and Receiving Centre for 018 Sulthanbathery LAC. The following officers are deployed at the centre for various duties as detailed below. They will discharge duties under the direction of Sri. Muhammed Rafeek, RO and Dy. Collector LA.

They shall prepare lay out of distribution & Reception centres, counter details and Various sign boards to be exhibited all around the centre. The details to be included in the layout and sign board can be obtained from the election section of taluk office. 4 boards to be used for display of decording chart shall also be arranged. This work shall be completed before 04/04/2021 and submitted to ERO. The relevant boards shall be displayed at distribution / receiving centre on 05/04/2021 at 7.30AM
