Suburban Hospital: Serving Montgomery County

Suburban Hospital is Montgomery County’s designated , a primary stroke center, a leading provider of services to surgical patients – and one of the County’s largest private employers. Through Potomac Home Health Care (a joint venture with ), Suburban also provides home health care to patients throughout the County. Suburban is currently undergoing a major transformation, including a new parking garage for over 1,100 vehicles which opened in July 2017. A new 300,000-square-foot hospital building, with all-private rooms, 14 operating suites, including some equipped for robotic surgery and hybrid imaging, a conference center, and physicians’ offices, will be completed in 2020.
