 Several Health Centers have identified issues related to the dental licensing/credentialing process (lack of clarity on education requirements, significant delays in processing time, etc.)  WPHCA is working with Health Center leadership to track application progress and collect details regarding current issues (rejections, delays, etc.)  WPHCA staff met with DSPS to discuss challenges and will be raising these issues in multiple forums (e.g., with legislators, Governor’s Office, DHS, Dental Examining Board, additional DSPS staff, etc.)  Potentially part of broader oral health workforce challenges for the next session  Please reach out to Sashi or Richelle with concerns that you’re aware of COVID-19 Vaccine Resource Library now available!  WPHCA is checking in to the State Disaster Medical Advisory Committee (SDMAC) Vaccine Subcommittee calls which happen twice a week (changing to Tues/Fri at 7 am).
