The project will: (415) 597-4620 www.transbaycenter.org • Create a central downtown Transit Center that will connect the San Francisco Bay Area and the State through nine transit systems: AC Transit, BART, Caltrain, Golden Gate Transit, Greyhound, MUNI (including paratransit for seniors and the disabled), WestCAT, SamTrans and future High-Speed Rail • Extend the Caltrain rail line underground from Fourth and King streets into the new Transit Center • Build a vibrant new neighborhood surrounding the Transit Center with 3,400 homes (35% affordable)
