BSA TASKFORCE FINDINGS SUMMARY MISSION STATEMENT ScoutReach is a program within with an emphasis to recruit strong adult leaders to develop solid relationships with organizations in urban, suburban, and rural areas; removing barriers to ensure that all youth have the opportunity to join Scouting. BSA SCOUTREACH TASKFORCE EXECUTIVE SUMMARY The BSA ScoutReach Taskforce is comprised of 12 Professional Scouters from local councils and the National Service Center.
