With two UNESCO World Heritage areas side by side, is a destination that offers visitors an incredible diversity of experiences on the Great Barrier Reef and in the Wet Tropics.

The Wet Tropics World Heritage Area, the oldest tropical rainforest in the world, stretches from west of to south of Cooktown, and offers visitors the opportunity to take part in adventure activities, engage with Indigenous culture, and enjoy natural surroundings and wildlife.

This resource, produced by Tourism and Events Queensland (TEQ), will help you find inspirational content on TEQ’s channels to showcase the variety of experiences on offer in the Wet Tropics.
