• All attendees will complete a medical screening upon arrival at camp • All attendees will be required to provide the following at check-in: • COVID-19 Participant Statement • Pre-Event medical screening checklist • Annual Health and Medical Record (Parts A&B only) • All forms can be found at www.nfcscouting.org/familycamps • Activities will be following the CDC “Concentric Circle Camp Model” • All attendees will be camping in sites with 50 participants or less • All activities and programs will be conducted by campsite to reduce interaction with other participants • Ample time in between activities to ensure cleaning and sanitation will be provided • Medical officer on call and available on site 24 hours a day • If you are 65 years old or considered At-Risk for COVID-19 we strongly suggest that you stay home or consult your physician before attending the event • Mask must be worn at all times when indoors or outside and unable to prac- tice physical distance
