BLACK

Single Estate English Breakfast Satemwa Estate, Shire Highlands, Malawi Hand-crafted from a small, independent estate in the Shire Highlands. The oldest tea estate in Malawi and still family run. Deep, rich and malty, it has notes of caramel and burnt sugar. Delicious black, becoming sweet and chocolaty with the addition of milk.

Earl Grey Satemwa Estate, Malawi and Reggio Calabria, Italy A traditional Earl Grey blended with single estate black tea and pure bergamot oil. This is a classic British tea made to exacting standards. A clean and exceptionally bright infusion with exhilarating citrus notes. It can be enjoyed with or without milk, or a twist of lemon zest.

Lapsang Souchong Wuyi Mountains, Province, China A Lapsang unlike any other. Made using traditional methods, the fresh leaf is smoked over pine wood. This tea contains deep notes of wood, peat and smoke like a fine malt whisky. Singularly rich and profoundly delicious.

Shire Highlands Hand Rolled Satemwa Estate, Shire Highlands, Malawi Elegant, whole leaf, black tea from a family run estate. This single varietal black tea has been meticulously hand-rolled. It has notes of rich cream, milk chocolate and maple syrup with subtle hints of apricot and peaches. This tea is best served black with nothing added.

Tie Guan Yin Anxi, China This Chinese oolong is known crafted to an exact point at which the leaves reveal their hidden subtleties. It has rich floral aromas leading to a perfectly balanced mineral finish. The first infusion has a succulent sweetness with later infusions leading to green floral notes. Each time you infuse the leaves different subtleties are revealed. GREEN

Dragonwell - Longjing , Province, China The most succulent and fragrant of green China Teas. Picked in the early spring before the first rains, it has a fresh sweetness with rich green vegetal flavours and a subtle notes of hazelnuts.

Emerald Green Anhui, China Also known as Mao Feng in Chinese. The leaves are painstakingly hand rolled by masters resulting in an extraordinarily fine green tea. Soft hay with notes of apricots and an elegant, lingering buttery finish.

WHITE

Jasmine Silver Tip Fuding, Fujian Province, China A delicate white tea crafted entirely from spring buds. The tea is not flavoured but carefully scented over six consecutive nights with fresh jasmine flowers. Once the preserve of only the Chinese Imperial family. A deep and heady aroma with a light and gentle flavour.

White Silver Tip Fuding, Fujian Province, China The most prized of all white teas, it is crafted entirely from tender spring buds, high in the remote mountains of Fujian. Picked for only twenty days of the year, just before the buds unfurl to the first new leaves. Remarkably delicate, with the sweetness of spring long stored over winter. HERBAL INFUSIONS

Whole Chamomile Flowers Slavonija & Podravin, Croatia These delicate flowers are carefully dried and kept intact for a sweet and soft flavour. Clean and subtle, these flowers are also wonderfully calming and, of course, caffeine free.

Cornish Peppermint Tregothnan Estate, Cornwall, UK A rare English peppermint grown on the private botanical garden of the Tregothnan Estate. Counter-intuitively, the menthol oils infuse more easily from the dried leaf, giving a brighter, cleaner flavour than fresh mint. This truly remarkable and unique peppermint is a wonderful end to a meal.

Wild Rooibos Cederberg Mountains, South Africa The real South African Red Bush. Beyond organic, this Rooibos is harvested completely wild in its indigenous habitat in the Cederberg Mountains. A richly delicious infusion with deep earthy notes, bright red berries and cedar. Can be beautifully enhanced by the addition of a twist of lemon zest.

Lemon Verbena Provence, France Aloysia citrodora or lemon verbena is originally from South America. It was brought to Europe by the Spanish in the 17th Century. A pure herb with a mellow lemon flavour, it makes a wonderful digestive.

Cornish Manuka Tregothnan Estate, Cornwall, UK A unique Manuka tea made with the leaves and stem of this rare New Zealand plant. It was brought to Cornwall 200 years ago and flourishes in the soft Cornish climate. It has a light sweetness with deep woody notes and a subtle hint of ginger. The flavour is incomparable and utterly delicious.
